The staff at Foot Work & DME has an average of 10 years of experience in healthcare, care giving and meeting the needs of those who need home medical equipment and services and diabetic shoess. Our standards require each of our associates to receive 6 hours of continuing education each year.
Our staff includes customer service specialists who are standing by to answer any question you may have, certified fitters ready to provide the best service on compression therapy and its applications in the management of venous disease and Mobility specialists are eager to enhance your grade of function assisting you in reaching your highest possible level of mobility and comfort. The staff at Foot Work & DME in San Antonio also includes Certified Pedorthists (C.Ped.) who are very knowledgeable on foot pathologies and highly trained are ready to step in where there is a gait, biomechanics or a foot problem. It’s the Certified Pedorthists who fabricates, adjusts, modifies, or transfers devices. As a member of the health care team, a C.Ped plays an important role in the patient’s foot care by performing the art of pedorthics inherently including both prescriptive and non-prescriptive work. Our team will coordinate services with the treating physician and the health care team and provide Instruction to Dr's and/or the health care team through in-service or by providing literature so everyone is working toward the same goal; your health.

Our team wouldn’t be complete without Billing Associates and Accounts Receivable who continue getting education to serve you better and provide a fair price for the items or services rendered. They can be reached from 8:00a.m - 5:30p.m. The customer can be assured that their privacy will be the utmost priority when discussing any claims and concerns.
